This Privacy Policy is provided by Forever Endeavor LLC (“Revel”) concerning its Internet websites, including, but not limited to,, (the “Site”), the Revel application (the “Application”), and the content and information contained on and in and comprising the pages that make up the Site, your use of the Site, your use of any service, features, content, or applications (including the Application) provided by Revel to you, whether described on or offered through the Site, application, or through any other means (all such services offered by Revel, including those accessed through the site and application, are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”) and the information which we gather in providing the Services to you (hereinafter, Revel may also be referred to as “we”, us” or “our.”).

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of Revel’ policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information that you submit to Revel through the Site or Application, or as a result of utilizing any Service offered by Revel, as well as such information which we gather in the course of providing Services to you. We understand that you care about how information is collected, used and stored and we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, and that of others whose Personally Information we collect and utilize in connection with the provision of Services.

What information do we collect and how is it collected?

We collect information through five (5) primary means: 1) when you use or visit our Site, 2) when you use or visit our Application, 3) when you engage Revel to provide Services to you, 4) when we perform those Services for you, and 5) from third party websites and services. This information includes certain Personal Information (“Personal Information”), which is information that is specific to an individual, such as, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, user identification data, registration and customer account information, financial information, and other similar non-public information. This information also includes “Anonymous Information,” which is information that is not associated with or linked to any Personal Information and does not permit the identification of an individual, such as you or any other individual person.

Revel maintains or may maintain its own pages on social networking sites and may ask that you grant us access to your pages on social networking sites. We may collect information when you, your interact with pages on social networking sites which are maintained by You or Revel.

We may advertise on the internet from time to time including the use of advertisements to promote Revel. When we advertise online we gather information about the ads which are displayed to you, your customers and others and treat same to be Customer Research.

What information is obtained through the Site?

The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from our users:

Account Information:

When you create an Account, you will provide information that could be Personal Information, such as your username, password and email address. You acknowledge that this information may be personal to you, and by creating an account on the Services and providing Personal Information to us, you allow others, including us, to identify you and therefore may not be anonymous. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services, but only rarely when we feel such information is important. You may unsubscribe from these messages through your Account settings, although we, regardless, reserve the right to contact you when we believe it is necessary, such as for account recovery purposes. If you access the Services through your Facebook, Google Plus, or Twitter IDs, all information available through Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter is governed by their respective policies. We will use all information available through Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter in accordance with their respective policies and your account privacy settings selected through Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter.

User Content:

Some features of the Services allow you to provide content to the Services, such as profile information, website screenshots, and written comments. All content submitted by you to the Services may be retained by us indefinitely, even after you terminate your account. We may continue to disclose such content to third parties in a manner that does not reveal Personal Information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Financial Information:

Your financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information), is collected and stored by our third party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”), and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. In order to facilitate your order transactions, we do collect and store your credit card type and the last four digits of your credit card number, but no other financial information.

Shipping Information:

When you order products using the Services, we request your shipping information. We pass this information to our Payment Processor, fulfillment companies, and brand partners for purposes of customer services, fulfillment, shipping and returns. The use of your Personal Information by these parties is subject to their respective privacy policies.

IP Address information and Other Information Collected Automatically:

We automatically receive and record information from your web browser or mobile device when you interact with the Services, including the IP address and cookie information. The information is used for administration of the Services, fighting spam/malware, and also to facilitate collection of date ad study trends concerning your interaction with the Services (e.g. what links you have clicked on and what products you have purchased).We do at times, however, share this information with our partners, service providers and other persons with whom we conduct business, and as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.

We collect statistical information about how both unregistered and registered users, collectively, use the Services (“Aggregate Information”), such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site or Application. Some of this information is derived from Personal Information. We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. This statistical information is not Personal Information and cannot be tied back to you, your Account, your web browser or mobile device. This type of aggregate data enables us and third parties authorized by us to figure out how often individuals use parts of the Services so that we can analyze and improve them.

Information Collected Using Cookies:

How do we secure information which we gather and store?

The protection and security of your Personal Information and that of your customers is important to us. We know that it is important to you as well. We provide reasonable technical, administrative and physical security to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. We rely upon the services of third parties who are themselves industry leaders in maintaining security and confidentiality of your Personal Information. Despite our best efforts, and those of industry leaders with whom we contract, no security is absolute and no one can insure or warrant the total protection and security of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information is stored on servers and in data files of companies that we hire to provide such services to us.

Are children allowed to use the Site?

This Site is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Only individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are allowed to register with the Site and access, engage or otherwise utilize any Service offered by Revel. Registration by or the attempted engagement of Revel for the performance of any Services by anyone under the age of eighteen (18) is void and prohibited.

Protecting the privacy of children is very important to Revel. Revel does not knowingly collect, solicit, obtain or compile Personal Information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) or knowingly allow such persons to register with Revel or attempt to utilize our Services. What is Personal Information collected at the Site used for?

When you register on our Site, we collect Personal Information for certain purposes, including, but not limited to:

  • Improving our website. We continually strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

Does the Site contain links to third party sites or advertising?

At our discretion, we may provide you with access to third party products or services on our Site. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party websites, services, and applications (“Third Party Services”) that you elect to access through the Service or to individuals that we do not manage or employ. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those Third Party Services that share our respect for your privacy, we cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third Party Services. We also utilize applications of third parties. Likewise we do not control the operation of these applications and have no responsibility for the manner in which these applications perform.

Information Related to Advertising and the Use of Web Beacons:

To support and enhance the Services, we may serve advertisements, and also allow third parties to serve advertisements, through the Services. These advertisements are sometimes targeted and served to particular users and may come from third party companies called “ad networks.” Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms.

Advertisements served through the Services may be targeted to users who fit a certain general profile category may be based on anonymized information inferred from information provided to us by a user, including Personal Information (e.g., gender or age), may be based on the Services usage patterns of particular users, or may be based on your activity on Third Party Services. Is Information About Me Secure?

Your Account information will be protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser aby signing off after you have finished accessing your Account.

What Information of Mine Can I Access?

If you are a registered user, you can access information associated with your Account by logging into the Services. Registered and unregistered users can access and delete cookies through their web browser settings.

How Can I Delete My Account?

Should you ever decide to delete your Account, you may do so by emailing If you terminate your Account, any association between your Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Account. However, given the nature of sharing on the Services, any public activity on your Account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Information?

  • You can use many of the features of the Services without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect.

  • You can always opt not to disclose certain information to us, even though it may be needed to take advantage of some of our features.

What happens to information in the event of a company sale?
